How fast can you print shirts at a booth?
Speed at a booth isn't really about the machine — it's about the line. A press is fast; the question is how the whole flow keeps up when a crowd hits. Here's the honest math and how we engineer for it.
How many shirts per hour does one press do?
A single press comfortably turns out roughly 30 to 45 shirts an hour. The range depends on design complexity, how smoothly the pick step flows, and whether transfers are staged ahead of time. Simple, pre-staged designs run at the top of that range.
How do you handle a big crowd?
We add presses and operators. Two or three presses running in parallel multiply throughput, and a dedicated pickup station keeps finished shirts from tangling with the queue. We size the number of presses to your expected guest count so the wait stays short at your peak hour.
What makes the line move faster?
A tight, curated design menu — a handful of strong options rather than endless choices — and pre-staging transfers before doors open. A runner calling names at pickup also keeps the counter clear. We build all of this into the plan so throughput isn't left to chance.
How long does one shirt take from pick to hand-off?
For an individual guest it's usually just a few minutes from choosing a design to walking away wearing it. The press itself is quick; most of the felt time is the line, which is exactly what we engineer around.
