Quote-based, and here's exactly why
There's no flat sticker because a two-hour office happy hour and a nine-hour festival are different animals. Pricing comes down to five levers: run time, crew, garments, artwork, and travel. Here's how each one moves the number.

The five levers
Staffing is billed at $250/hr and covers setup, live printing, breaks, and teardown — not just the doors-open window. A longer event or a big pre-build of transfers adds hours.
A soft Bella+Canvas 3001 costs more than a Gildan workhorse; hoodies more than tees. The total garment count — roughly one per guest you expect to print — is a big part of the number.
A single clean logo is quick. A menu of ten designs, color variants, or artwork that needs to be redrawn for print takes prep time before the event.
Guest count sets how many presses and operators you need to keep the line short. More throughput means more gear and more hands on the booth.
Events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego are local. Anything outside that home zone adds a $900 travel fee, and multi-day or out-of-state programs are quoted with lodging and logistics. Las Vegas and nationwide events are routine with enough lead time.
Best next step
Give us the date, city, guest count, run time, and the garment feel you're after. We'll size the booth and send a real quote instead of a vague range. A quick call sorts most of it in ten minutes.

Share the event type, run time, guest count, and the vibe. We map the right booth footprint, garment mix, and crew, then send a clear quote.
